USA CUSTOM PROJECTS is excited to present this amazing originally 11-window VW Bus that has been fully restored and customized. Get ready to hit the road and have some unforgettable adventures with this beauty!
Learn more about the details of this incredible VW Bus manufactured in 1972 at the Volkswagen do Brasil factory.
This car was acquired from its previous owner who maintained it well, showing no signs of oxidation, just a few small dents and some worn paint, but it was already an excellent vehicle. Our team got to work and carefully painted it using some high-quality materials. We used two different colors - White Vanilla and Gray Metallic - and the result is really something special. This Split Window Deluxe with a 19-window sky roof window conversion looks amazing with an incredible finish making it look top-notch.
NEW BRAND CUSTOM INTERIOR
The interior has been completely customized with Cherry Red eco-leather, featuring an L-shaped sofa that comfortably seats up to five passengers in the back and three in the front, additionally, the rear bench folds out into a bed for a camping option.
A smart TV has been installed in a frame, which can be connected to the internet through either a cell phone or Wi-Fi. This feature allows you to watch your favorite sporting events, NASCAR races, or YouTube videos from anywhere. Furthermore, a sound system with Bluetooth and four speakers has been added to enhance your entertainment experience during outings with family and friends.
To top it off, we have also installed laminate wood flooring, which adds more charm to the environment.

· Powered by 1,600 cc, completely rebuilt with a double carburetor, which is the most powerful version, works perfectly and has a new electronic ignition system that makes the car much more reliable and consumes less fuel.
· Fully redone 4-speed transmission is very resistant, completely redone with precise changes.
· The front suspension was completely rebuilt, and a height adjustment system was added.
· The rear suspension has been completely rebuilt to the original standard; 1 inch lower.
· The steering gear is brand new, and modernly manufactured with a precise roller system.
· Completely redone front and rear drum brake system.
· The entire electrical system has been replaced with 12-volt components. The lamps, harnesses, and battery lights are all new, greatly improving reliability.
ENGINE AND UPGRADES
Enjoy fresh air on hot days with a functional and beautiful sliding sunroof. On the roof, we also have a beautiful and useful chrome luggage rack with a ladder to give it a very special charm and be used if necessary.
The windshield has been upgraded to a Pop-out Safari model. This means that you can enjoy more fresh air inside the car without having to blast the A/C.
The Sky Windows kit, also known as "samba", was installed on the ceiling using green-tinted glass, which enhanced its beauty. All the windows were replaced with new green ones, and a set of moldings trim from the luxury model was also installed.
The speedometer has been restored to its original style and an LED light was added. The car's headlights have been replaced with handmade units that provide better illumination and feature angel eye lanterns for an attractive and visible look day or night.
The original bumpers were replaced by a new high-quality chrome pair and certainly added more value to this beautiful Bus.
The original 14 wheels were replaced by a new set of 15x5.5 wheels painted in red with chrome hubcaps and rings. The bus also has new 185/75-15 radial tires which make the ride even smoother. Additionally, the spare tire has been relocated to its original position behind the engine, which makes it much easier to access in case of an emergency.
To enhance safety, an Automatic Ball System Fire Extinguisher has been installed. It detonates and activates a 138-decibel alarm to extinguish fires.
